A requirement of your Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Incorporated Engineer (IEng) registration is continued commitment to your own personal and professional development, as well as ensuring high professional standards are being set and maintained. To do this involves showing your improvement, broadening your knowledge and skills, including development of personal qualities to enable you to carry out your professional duties, enabling your own personal development.
