Why can’t I print some of my e-certificates?

E-certificates are only available for examinations that have taken place since the e-professional results portal was introduced. E-certificates have not been added to the portal retrospectively for pre-e-professional examinations.

If you have misplaced your paper certificate for any qualifications taken prior to the introduction of e-professional, you can order a replacement for a small fee. Please get in contact with our customer services team to request this.
