How do I cancel my Professional Certification examination?

If you have booked an exam directly with BCS please contact us to arrange a cancellation. 

Please note refund availability depends on how much notice you provide to us when cancelling, shown below, so be sure to cancel as soon as possible if this is what you want.

If your exam was booked with a third party such as Pearson VUE or an accredited training provider, please contact them directly to cancel in accordance with their own cancellation policy.
