I already have an e-professional account and have received an email asking me to register again, why?

You may have provided us with a different email address when booking the exam.

Your email address is also your username to login to the e-professional portal, so must be kept the same. Please contact the Customer Service team if this occurs and we will merge the records, or update your registered email address.
