I previously completed the pre-requisite exams but these do not appear on my e-professional results page

These may not have been awarded by BCS but by another institute. If the qualification was not awarded by BCS it will not appear on the BCS results page. In this case we will require you to provide us with a copy of their certificate.

If you are certain that you took your previous certification through BCS it is possible that a different email address was used at the time resulting in multiple accounts. If this is the case please or if you require further assistance then contact us and we will merge the records.
