To allocate credit to an individual candidate:
- Login to ATLAS Cloud as an Administrator
- Click on the candidate
- Go to the Balance tab
- Find the type of credit you want to allocate (list here) and click 'Advanced' on the right.
- Put the amount of credits you want the candidate to have in the ‘Allocate’ box.
- Select your BCS centre number in the ‘From’ drop-down.
- Click ‘Allocate’
- A popup will appear telling you that it’s moving credits from and to click ‘okay’ on this box.
You’ll now see the number of credits in the ‘available’ field. The candidate now has credits allocated to them.
To allocate credit to a group of candidates.
- Login as an Administrator
- Click on the folder what contains your group of candidates
- Go to the Balance tab
- Find the type of credit you want to allocate (list here) and click 'Advanced' on the right.
- Put the total amount of credits you all of the candidates to have in the ‘Allocate’ box.
(e.g. 4 credits for 10 candidates put 40 in the box). - Select your BCS centre number in the ‘From’ drop-down.
- Click ‘Allocate’
- A popup will appear telling you that it’s moving credits from and to click ‘okay’ on this box.
- You’ll now see the number of credits in the ‘available’ field.
- Place the number of credits you want each candidate to have in the ‘Allocate to a Minimum’s Lower limit’ field.
- Click ‘Allocate to a Minimum’
- A popup will appear, telling you that it’s moving credits from and to click ‘okay’ on this box.
To check this has gone through click on a candidate and go to their balance tab and see if they have the number of credits under the credit type.
Your candidates now have a credit assigned. If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve assigned them an exam to spend the credit on.
