How are apprenticeship certificates provided?

Apprenticeship certificates are automatically requested following the successful outcome of the EPA has been advised to the training provider. The requests are sent 20 working days after the award date. If you would like your certificate sent to your home address rather than the default of your employer address, please contact your training provider to update your address details. Certificates are sent by the ESFA to the address provided by your training provider via recorded delivery. You should allow another 15 working days after the above time for it to arrive with you. If you haven’t received your certificate after this time, please contact your training provider in the first instance.
